Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS)
The Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) is the world's largest, on-going telephone health survey system, tracking health conditions and risk behaviors in the United States yearly since 1984. Currently, data are collected monthly in all 50 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam.
 
Cancer Data Registry of Idaho (CDRI)
The Cancer Data Registry of Idaho (CDRI) is a population based cancer registry that collects incidence, stage and survival data on all cancer patients who reside in the state of Idaho or who are diagnosed and/or treated for cancer in the state of Idaho. Population-based cancer registries are essential for assessing the extent of cancer burden in a specific geographic area.
 
Vital Records (DHW)
The Idaho Bureau of Vital Records and Health Statistics (DHW) maintains birth and death records filed from July 1911 to the present, and marriage and divorce records filed from May 1947 to the present. Cancer mortality data are gathered by the Bureau of Vital Records and Health Statistics.
